The Coaching Strategy involves a consultant supporting schools with:
- planning and implementing a successful literacy strategy.
- Acting as a mentor, critical friend or ‘coach’ to administrators, coordinators, classroom teachers and teacher aides.
- providing workshops, small group and individual coaching.
- modelling lessons in classrooms for teachers and other staff.
- helping organise and plan for effective use of current and future resources.
