Scheduled Teacher Workshops will not be provided for Term
1 and 2 due to the success of our Coaching Strategy.
The Coaching Strategy requires the consultants to be employed
in individual schools for large blocks of time and this
has proven to be the best approach for schools to bring
about change and to achieve improvements in literacy outcomes.
Scheduled Teacher Aide Workshops will not be provided for
Term 1 and 2 due to the success of our Host Your Own Teacher
Aide Workshops in schools.
The Host Your Own Teacher Aide Workshops require the consultant
to provide professional development to a cluster of schools
in-house. The Host school and other schools in the cluster
area can benefit greatly and save money. All they
have to do is host the day and provide the catering.
